In my early 30’s I was a burned out corporate manager specialising in team and executive coaching. I suffered with health, weight issues and no energy. I wasn’t really enjoying life. After trying and failing at the numerous diet and health plans on the market, I decided to go on a quest and sort it out for myself. My goal was health, weight reduction and living life to the full.

I embarked on a programme of personal change, and studied why it is that we fall into bad eating and exercise habits. I took time away from my corporate coaching and trained with those at the the top of their game. I learned everything possible to deliver programmes that are fun, interactive and get you the results you desire!

3 Step Slim is a result of that quest. With simple changes and techniques you can achieve effortless health and fitness for life. I’m really proud of this programme and the impact that it has had on my health and life and others who I have shared my programme with.

I have myself embarked on a journey of personal development and change and for over 10 years have coached and enabled people on a personal level and business level to achieve their goals and make the changes they dream of.

I recognise that by making small changes to our thoughts and behaviours, we can achieve the success we dream of.

As well as my work with 3 Step Slim, I run my own company, Blue Inspiration, that offers a unique blend of coaching and goal mapping that will help you identify, clarify and reach your life and health goals faster.
